Baguio Eatscursions: A Menu Guide
So I’ve since gathered another handful of menus from our last menucentric post. =b
While we’re having some serious bed weather today where I’d love to clock in a literal dog pile under a comforter or two, let me first leave you with the menus that you might find useful as a guide for your future eatscursions in the City of Pines. (Or if you want to go food tripping today, by all means, do what makes you happy. =D Just please stay safe while you’re at it.)
Newly Checked Off at 2600
1.) Bearsi Korean Pot Pasta
Ohh, pasta in a hot stone pot is sounding like a perfect treat for a day like this. Every spoonful uber scorching hot, the cheese is stringier than what you’d find on pizza … Heck, it got stringier than the spaghetti in the bowl. ^^,
2.) Creffin’s Bakery
They’ve got a good selection of reasonably priced bread in their glass counter behind the post where this menu is hanging. Mmm, bread.
3.) Elshabab Restaurant (Araby Restaurant)
From the day we discovered this resto, we’ve been here three times already. For their shish taouk, their pastry, and their extra basmati rice that’s like a Hainanese rice. *nomnomnom
4.) Generation Y Cafe
Extreme nostalgia alert! From their menu made to look like a slam book, the cassette tapes hanging on the wall, murals of 90s cartoons on the wall, and others too many to mention =), dining at this generation themed cafe was such a joy. Gotta love looking back on yesteryears. *teehee
5.) Here Gastropub
Replacing Sala at The Camp … complete with pool tables (P180 per hour). \m/
6.) J’s Cafe Seve at St. Patrick Village
Sister restaurant to Loft in La Trinidad and in Center Mall, replacing CdA II/Twisted Chef.
7.) Potato Giant
8.) Street 77 Cofeteria Galleria
9.) Swage Cafe and Restaurant
Whoa, the selections from this cafe/restaurant. It seems they’ve got a little something from every region. Craving doenjang soup, biryani, kaldereta, and pasta? Yes, they’ve got those. (“,)
Updated Menu
Fish and Chips London Style
Fish & Chips has a new home in Leonard Wood Terraces (for before or after you go shopping for interesting foodstuff at the newly opened Rustan’s Marketplace) . Such an amusing table, they’ve got there.
Eatsploring 2601
Avong nen Romy
Sustenance under the shade after exploring Romy’s beautiful patch of land. (I’m really in awe of it, Sir Raffel! Much wow. *hihi)
All rightie. Do get in touch with me through the comments for the address of these eating places.
Dog pile time!!! Stay as snug as bugs in rugs, my foodie friends!
