Dining A La Carte in Food Trip City, Baguio City 2
One more batch of menus … because, again, new restaurants have opened in food trip city, Baguio City! Just in time, me thinks, since Panagbenga is IN FuLL SWiNG. ^^,

Beautiful and delectable buttercream blossoms. (“,) View from the side, here; FEAST YOUR EYES!
Are you checking your calendars and making sure of your free days? You better, because I think this new compilation of “la carte(s)” is more than a mouthful.
Not to be beaten, food establishments that we already know of and are probably our favorites now also have additional/new dishes to offer. Updated menus right here, too. =)
Newly Checked Off
1.) Chopping Burgh
Race was very happy with his Black and White burger on a chopping board here. Mine was a tad on the soggy side with all the mayo in it, add to that the creaminess of the sunny side up. Also, they’ve a club vibe going with their loud sounds. I’m sure they’ll gladly turn it down if I just asked but shyeew. Eeeh? Did you say something? =))
2.) Manna Garden Cafe
There’s lots more to taste with the new concessionaires at this totally zen cafe in Bakakeng.
- Eats Trio Alpha
- Kharis Cafe and Bakeshop
- Kusina ni Tito Onong
- Wok This Way (Race surely relished every spoonful of his bowl of goreng from this stall.)
And if you’re looking for something more mainstream:
- KFC (Yes, you read that right, there’s a Kentucky Fried Chicken stall at Manna.)

Kharis Cafe and Bakeshop, Wok This Way, Eats Trio Alpha and Kusina ni Tito Onong that make up Manna Garden Cafe =)
At Kharis (maker of that wonder of a cake at the top of this post), you’ve got to save some real estate in your tummy for their:
- Almond espresso sans rival: P95, whole 8 inches P1100
- Blueberry cheesecake, Oreo cheesecake, lemon cheesecakes: P55 mini (cupcake siz), whole 8 inches P940
- Chocoholic’s Muse (their take on choco mousse *nomnomnom): P75 slice, whole 8 inches P580
- Revel bars: P20 per piece, box of 10 P195, box of 20 P390
- Sans rival (truly WITHOUT rival \m/): P120 slice, whole 8 inches P940
- Tablea con yema: P85 slice, whole 6 inches P500, 8 inches P660
- Tiramisu: P80 slice, whole 8 inches P620
The entire list of desserts, you say? Yes, I mean AaaLLLLL of that. *heeharhar
3.) Manpiyaan Cafe
4.) MASA MexItalian
Pistachio pizza, one of my favorites so far.
5.) Red Rustikz
Soft opening menu so we’re sure this is going to have updates in the (near) future.
In the open kitchen, the chefs will lull you into a trance as you watch them make their own pasta. (Not as long as the pasta Chef Helene made in the movie Burnt, but mesmerizing nonetheless.)
6.) Rufo’s
24/7 tapa goodness! =D Thanks, Rufo’s, for being there when we were looking for sustenance before taking the bus to Bantay, Ilocos Sur.
7.) The Sandwich Guy
8.) Wok Your Way
If you no likey WOK-ing someone else’s style (at the Bakakeng garden cafe), you can do it YOUR way at this eatery that eatsplorer Ela told me about. Thanks much, Ela!
Ohh, those tasty sauces. *contented sighs
Updated Menus
1.) Fish and Chips London Style
Glad they nixed the burger. =b We’re quite happy with the batter covered stuff and their perfectly cooked chips/fries.
2.) Hawker at Trancoville
Sharing the space with MASA MexItalian as this is a brother and sister tandem, we can choose dishes from four countries (Singapore, Malaysia, Mexico, Italy) in one sitting.
3.) Thai Tea Nic
One of our favorite milk tea places (in the CBD) next to Infinitea so far. Nothing really beats flavorful Thai milk tea. They offer little munchables now, too.

*sip ahh!
4.) The Spartans in Baguio
With the Spartan booth going nomad for a short time and moving to Leonard Wood, they’ve some additions to their menu. I cannot wait to come back when the move is completed. We’re dying to have some yogurt and yogurt shakes.
Alrightie then. Spread out here and there, in town, away from town, I hope this feature on menus from 12 Baguio restaurants lasts you till I can have a new blogpost up. (“,) (If you don’t know where these restos are, you know the drill: Leave a comment under this post and ask … nicely please. I’m not anyone’s Facundo. *hihi)
(Eeek, almost the airing date of Pop Talk‘s Baguio Flower Festival restaurant episode. Xine on TV … Alamin natin sa February 27, 2016, kung pop or flop. =)) )

Pop na pop si Xine on GMA News TV Pop Talk! 🙂
Ahaha, nice comment, Mario! Thank you so much for watching the Baguio Panagbenga food crawl episode, Xine with the Pop Talk team! Your support is much appreciated! (“,)
The cake is so beautiful! Did Kharis Bakeshop give you that for free or did you order it? I would love to have something like that for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Thank you
Hello there, Alysa! I know right, I couldn’t get over the beauty of it, too. This too intricate and too special to get free *hihi It’s 6″ x 3″ high, and cost me P2700 with the choco lace wall. If you can do without the wall, it’s P2200. There’s a bigger size, something I think would be great for a debut, 8″ x 4″ high for P4500, that includes the lace wall already. Hope you do make an order this, it truly is awe-inspiringly delish! Thank you for visiting the blog! (“,)
