UPDATE: Cafe de Angelo 2, The Coffee Bar – Now Open to Serve You
For the eatsplorers that have held out this long without creating a Facebook account =b, here’s a special announcement that Cafe de Angelo (one of my favorite eating places) has officially opened their second branch in South Drive.

(Some of you might find this is a more accessible location … I know I do. *hihi I’ll still be coming round the Chapiz Village branch though since that’s where sirloin steak sandwich is always going to be.)

A few other dessert options at the Coffee Bar by Cafe de Angelo. *nomnomnom (Fruit tart with lemon mousse filling, chocolate cream cheese pudding, brazo de Mercedes cupcake, mini peach mango pies, ice cream in cookie bowls were available in this visit.)

Hanging out at what quickly became our favorite spot in Saint Patrick Village with Ela and Paolo, well into the evening.\m/ Those are a couple of comfortable lounge chairs there. *contented sighs

[a few steps past Secret Garden Resto, keep a look out for the colorful building (brown-ish and yellow side is the first thing you’ll see) and the cluster of units beside it, come in from the gate and the cafe is on the second floor of the unit with the awning.

The gateway to St Patrick Village
Inasmuch as Saint Patrick’s Village sounds like a subdivision, it’s actually accommodations for vacationers and staycationers. It’s because of this, that de Angelo II has a different ambiance to offer its guests and patrons. Without the garden, there’s still that old Baguio, vacation like, Christmas-y feel here.
There are rooms for rent on the floors above the coffee shop.
Rooms above the cafe. Cozy.
There are units of different sizes around it, big enough for families and barkadas.

The biggest one is beside the “cottage” that houses the reception and the coffee shop.
The inside of the biggest unit in St. Patrick Village. How many bedrooms is that? Six? Seven? Sweeeeet! You can cook where you rent too as kitchens are part of the facilities.

Anyways we had fun at cafe de angelo coffee bar yesterday although we really didn’t mean to go there we were looking for a place to hang out for coffee after a full stomach from kalapaw’s buffet meal.. We passed by the signage of the cafe de angelo branch and I remembered you and Jo are crazy bout this place so I convinced the others that it is going to be a very good one..
