UPDATE: Cafe de Angelo 2, The Coffee Bar – Now Open to Serve You
For the eatsplorers that have held out this long without creating a Facebook account =b, here’s a special announcement that Cafe de Angelo (one of my favorite eating places) has officially opened their second branch in South Drive.
(Some of you might find this is a more accessible location … I know I do. *hihi I’ll still be coming round the Chapiz Village branch though since that’s where sirloin steak sandwich is always going to be.)
While they serve a lot of the dishes we’ve come to love at CdA main …
like coffee (The branch is named the Coffee Bar, after all. =D)
… and appetizers like bacon rolls, salad/entree mash-up like ‘steak that salad’, desserts like rum cake a la mode by Waistline Luxuries and other beverages like the refreshing basil cooler and rich and warming hot choco (“,),
they’ve an additional offering in their St. Patrick Village branch.
Stuffed peppers, breakfast, and more options for sweet treats. ^^,
Hip-hip, hooray! \m/
Coffee Bar (Cafe de Angelo branch)
St. Patrick Village
88 Paterno Street, South Drive
[a few steps past Secret Garden Resto, keep a look out for the colorful building (brown-ish and yellow side is the first thing you’ll see) and the cluster of units beside it, come in from the gate and the cafe is on the second floor of the unit with the awning.

Baguio City, Philippines
Wait, there’s more!
Inasmuch as Saint Patrick’s Village sounds like a subdivision, it’s actually accommodations for vacationers and staycationers. It’s because of this, that de Angelo II has a different ambiance to offer its guests and patrons. Without the garden, there’s still that old Baguio, vacation like, Christmas-y feel here.
There are rooms for rent on the floors above the coffee shop.
There are units of different sizes around it, big enough for families and barkadas.
The biggest one is beside the “cottage” that houses the reception and the coffee shop.

Hello there, gourmetclassyfox! Thanks for the Like! Happy Baguio eatscapades to you! (“,)
Hi, miss. Do you know which days Cafe de Angelo Coffee Bar is open and their business hours? I hope they’re open on Mondays.
Hello, fayebiscus! Xine here. Since St. Patrick Village is accommodations, Coffee Bar is open seven days a week, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and if you’re checked in there, you can make arrangements day before so the chefs can come in earlier to make you breakfast. Thanks for visiting the blog! (“,)
Hiyee there, elakatrina! Thanks so muchie for the star! Hope you guys can make a visit to Cafe de Angelo II in the daytime. Oh, better yet, staycation. Weee! (“,)
Hi Xine 😊 its been sometime hihi.. Anyways we had fun at cafe de angelo coffee bar yesterday although we really didn’t mean to go there we were looking for a place to hang out for coffee after a full stomach from kalapaw’s buffet meal.. We passed by the signage of the cafe de angelo branch and I remembered you and Jo are crazy bout this place so I convinced the others that it is going to be a very good one.. It turned out really good 😊😊😊😊 Kudos… Hmmm just a thought I saw your blog about the first branch but I was confused kasi I didn’t see your name on the heading? Or i was not just wearing my glasses?
Jonalyn! Hello there! Big hugs! Yes, long time no chicka! *hihi Thank you so much for telling me about your successful (albeit unplanned =b) food quest at CdA2! I’m so glad you enjoyed your time at Coffee Bar St. Patrick Village!
Oh, yeah, i have a post about Cafe de Angelo’s first branch too (Google just changed format ata, now with proper “author name” rather than the blog name). You should try that as well (if you haven’t yet) when you have the time to joy ride for your meal; garden ambiance naman there.
More great food adventures to you and your family; kasama na ang little one no? Weee! (“,)
