Our chompers sure are busy munching along what with this or that food joint opening or being discovered (by us or by our foodie friends like eatsplorer Jo and eager beaver Sir Dan. As always, much appreciated, you guys! =D ) and so I’m here with another quick eatscapade-through-menus post (because I’m not exactly sure yet when I’ll be inspired enough to sit on an actual feature).
Anyhoo, let me take you on an eatscapade, let’s go! ♪ ♫
1.) Cholo’s Gastro Park
(Not our foodie friend, Cholo. But we haven’t seen our Cholo in a while, too so might as well do a shout out. *tee hee We miss you, see you soon!)

(Booze Belly, Grill 360, and Taco x Wings opening soon.)
The pad Thai in the photo above is from Asian Spice. ❤ ‘s everywhere! That’s a tasty little bowl of noodles. Nyum!
2.) FoodPorn Sizzles
Opened their doors to Baguio’s dining public today. Whoa, the extra hustle and bustle of first day operations. *hihi They did pretty well for the lunch rush, if I do say so myself. Well done!
3.) Green Bites Cafe
So many interesting foodstuff to try when we were just here for a breakfast cap/dessert. =b I’ll be back for you, pesto broccoli pizza and matcha cake (who was sadly MIA on our visit.) (Thank you so much, Cheryl for pointing this resto out to me.)
4.) Papa Fares Arabian Cuisine
Lahsa with chapati for the win! \m/
5.) Seoul Cup Bap
Quick fix bimbimbap breakfast. ^^, (Then we went to Green Bites for breakfast dessert. *heehaha)
6.) Zi Cafe
After breakfast at Seoul Cup Bap, dessert at Green Bites, and lunch at FoodPorn, Zi’s hole in the wall was our dessert stop for this food adventure packed day. My brother ordered the sanjap with Zi cooler combo. =) Fun libation, that was. Perfect for a hot day, too.
And so ends our (mostly) one-day Baguio food quest. The sky’s rumbly … sounds like it’s about to rain … borlog time. =))

Hello there, Marloun P. Soria! Quick review just for you (in answer to your comment request left on the Baguio Restaurant List): Scrumptiously tasty eats from Asian Spice and Staple (the only stores open that time). They were a little on the pricey side though, considering the small-ish size. What a nice looking eating space … worried me a ton when the lightning flashed while we were eating. Thank the heavens, it didn’t rain then.

Hello, Ben! Papa Fares is behind Health 101 in Magsaysay, across from AMA. Keep a look out for the black staircase on the side of Health 101.
Cholos Gastro Park is at Kisad corner M.H. del Pilar (the street going to Cafe Will) behind (the new) Canto. Yes, it sure is a pretty place.

Hello there, Pearl! All three are located on Rimando Road. Foodporn is in Tabora building where 7-11 is. Seoul Cup Bap is across the street in the new building corner the road going to Brookside. Zi Cafe is a little hole in the wall beside Mekeni across from the church i think that was.

We just tried the food at Staple in CHolos Gastro Park. I am not sure if it was the food that we picked but we found them very salty.
Hi, Shorty! Ohh, I was sort of wondering that about what we got for this visit. We got pinakbet from Staple and nasi goreng from Asian Spice, aside from the pad Thai. The pinakbet was mega salty and I kept wondering if we paired it with plain rice, would it have been better? Must be why I imprinted on the pad Thai that had hints of sourness here and there. I hope you also had a dish or two that you could fall back on that wasn’t too briny.
