Eatsploring the City of Pines: The Menus Edition
Bulaga, my foodie friends! ^^,
Miss me?
Today’s feature is just going to be a quick drive-by post of menus from restaurants in the City of Pines that we’ve recently eatsplored because I’m in dramarama mode these days where while I’ve (still and always) got a ton of things on my mind, I have zero mojo to be composing a resto feature. =b
Newly Checked Off Baguio Restaurants
1.) Calsada Bistro
Nomnom C.P.A. (chicken pork adobo) from the bistro’s All Day Breakfast selection and their mozzarella bacon appetizers.
2.) Chef Didier’s Cafe
In contrast to the private dining set up of Chef Didier’s Table, one can just walk in here for a quick bite. Wee!
[UPDATE 05/11/2017: Chef Didier has moved to PINESVILLE SUBDIVISION (near PMA), so the cafe has been scratched … we’re hoping just till they get their bearings in their new location.]
3.) J’s Korean Burger and Rice Meals
The older sister restaurant to La Trinidad’s The Loft … that seems to be well loved by students for the pocket friendly items they have to offer. \m/
4.) Le Vain Bakery
This is just the beverage menu. Bread varieties go from P90 to P200.
Le Vain has two branches: One in Outlook Drive beside Villa Silvina (what used to be Villa La Maja) and one on Legarda beside the spruced up Mr. Ramyun at Lindi Hotel.
5.) Munchtown
6.) Naruto Japanese Restaurant
The food joint next to Kuya J‘s.
7.) Pet’s Bulaluhan
❤ ❤ ❤ the food here. A bit like high speed dining though … as all great carinderias are. *hihi
8.) Road Trip Kitchen & Cafe
9.) Yes Pho
We still have to make a visit to pin down and check off and gorge on the spring rolls and the egg rolls. =D And more of that Vietnamese coffee.
Updated Menus
1.) Cafe in the Sky
2.) Chef Restaurant (Middle Eastern cuisine)
3.) Ummason (Mother’s Hand) Korean Restaurant
Where this boiling like crazeh kimchi jjiggae is from. Nyum!
4.) Veniz Grill
Long time, no see, our favorite hangout for Mongolian buffet! (“,)
5.) Ze Creamery
There, you have it. I hope that holds you till I’m game to sit on writing a feature post. Do send word if you don’t know where our newly checked off eating places are located. (Talk to me, people, talk to me! =) ) Till then, happy Baguio food trails, everybody!

I love the stairs decorated with speciallized license plates. Where is that restaurant located? Thank you
Hello there, Zara! I know right, probably my favorite part of this resto aside from the food. Calsada Bistro is located at #47 Suello Village according to their Facebook page. It’s near Petron that’s across from the road going to Balacbac. I hope you enjoy your time at Calsada! (“,)
Bread in le vain korean style bread shop is so expensive. We got chocolate scones for 90peso and they were not that good.
Hello! Agreed. My pocket was a bit surprised at the prices at Le Vain too. The small delicately airy slice of Kirish cake I got was P120 and Race’s light croquette with curry in it (like a siopao) was P80. Here’s hoping they can have more doable prices in the future. Nice place though. (We went to the Outlook bakery.)
Thank you for visiting the blog! Happy Baguio food adventures! (“,)
Ayan may post na!! emotera pala ang lolang itey hehehe Bigyan ka dapat ng award. Galing sa Pets Bulaluhan. Pansin mo prize daw ang pagkain nila dun hehehee
Hiyee there, Mario! Dramatics of the mojo-less. *heehaha
Yes, we did notice the priZe at Pet’s. This was the menu inside the packed dining area. The menu outside was corrected with a marker. *hihi But I will take their sizzling nguso/nguso guisado as a prize if they do give them out in some contest. Or … bulalo nalang pala. We were there a number of times now and we still didn’t get bulalo. Always sold out. =b
Always nice to see you in the comment section of my posts, Mario! Thank you so much! (“,)
We missed you and your posts. Thanks for this. IT is still very informative even if it is just menus.
Hello, Steph! Aww, thank you so much! (“,) Will try to get an actual feature post in the soonest. I hope you have a great mealtime at whichever restaurant you choose to check off your lists (from this menu post). Happy (actual – not just on menus) eatsploring! *hihi
I always like to read your post..I always check your blog if we want to find a nice place to eat..Do keep us posted on new resto to visit here in Baguio or La Trinidad..
Hello there, Zoey! Thank you so much for looking in on Find Good Baguio Foods from time to time. Apologies, I haven’t gotten any post up yet. Rest assured, I’m working on rebuilding my mojo to write features again. *hihi
So far though, our flavors for this month is Subo in Trancoville (beside Fil-Chinese Hospital) and Pet’s Bulaluhan, and also we’re back to Noodle King as they’ve finally reopened. I hope your food quest (in Baguio and La Trinidad) is going well. Eatsplore away! (“,)
