Notable Edibles #5 – Mr. Hapi Tinapao/Siopay
Ahh, snacktime. (“,)
Tinapao (or Siopay if you like …) from Mr. Hapi
Allow me to be a girl of a few words today (rarely happens so relish the moment *heeharhar) as I delight in these soft and flavorful little buns.
A cross between the dinner rolls I like so much from places like Le Chef at the Manor and siopao with a savory ground meat stuffing, it’s the perfect munchable for this (self imposed) house arrest (because of the weather).
(But yey, it’s getting better! =D Before we know it, we’ll be out and about continuing the Baguio food quest.
I do hope you’re all safe and sound, afoodionados.)
With nine buns in one pack for P45 (used to be P40 but oh well, the ‘price of fame’ ^^,), take a seat at the table with a cup of your favorite hot beverage and enjoy a little happiness in a bun (or buns =) ).
Mr. Hapi Bakeries are located at: P. Burgos Street, Legarda Road (across Serendipitea), Gibraltar Road, Honeymoon Road, Bokawkan Road, and Km. 5, and Km.3 La Trinidad, Benguet.
