Baguio Food Adventure: A Menu Rundown II
Here I am ♪ ♫
… to dish out another Baguio exclusive, rundown of menus from restaurants my foodie lovies and I have checked off the list recently. =)
Before we get to that though, may I just explain a little, my foodie friends, that I intentionally don’t include addresses to restos we’ve discovered in the food quest so far when I put them in menu-centric blog posts like this. I’d like you to interact with me in the comments, even if it’s just to ask where the eating place that catches your fancy is. (“,) Trust, I don’t bite. *heehaha (Not even those who forget their GMRC. I’ll just ignore the bejeezus out of an insolent comment.)

Take a look at that face? Does that look like a biter to you? Muncher, yes; biter, no. =)) (Taken from the windy/exhaust blasted table at Recess. =b View from the other end, here.)
Newly Checked Off
1.) Blaqk Bite Street Bistro
Blaqk because black bun burgers … humongous activated charcoal burgers. \m/
2.) Country Diner
A nice little eatery with rice meals and budget meals and more, that just opened yesterday. (Thank you so much for the parting gift of mugs just for dining at your restaurant on the first day. All the best to you all.)

That’s lechon bean rice, the Country Diner Special (salad, chicken, fries, rice, and choco balls) and banana shake, alongside their menu =)
3.) Destiny Cafe and Restaurant
Dine from probably one of the loftiest views I’ve ever seen in food trip city, Baguio City. =b
4.) Eat Has Vegan
Methinks this funny punny named joint is more of a takeout counter than an actual sit down resto at the moment, as they only have two small tables for dine in. ^^,
5.) Goldfish Brew & Brew Specialty Coffee and Craft Beer
It’s a cafe as well as a brewery that serves a mean tasty filling baked potato. Wee!
6.) In Thyme at C Boutique Hotel
Replacing Charley’s Bar and Restaurant as the inhouse restaurant.
7.) Recess Resto Cafe
One of the newest siblings of Corporate Innovators Inc. resto group. (Lookie, their cotton candy ice cream dessert.)
8.) Rewind Cafe
Just from the other day did they start soft opening phase, so naturalmente, this is also a dry run menu. More for the list of old houses turned restos. Oh yeah!
And so another post chockfull of cartes du jour comes to an end.
“Communication must be HOT. That is H-onest, O-pen, and T-wo-way.” ~ Dan Oswald
So talk to me, people (even if it’s just to ask where one of the restaurants are; I’ll greatly appreciate it. Many thanks to those who obliged me in previous menu features.) Let me know you’re out there, dear reader. Comment box is down below. (Introverts, I understand. Look to uncle Google … at least, until I get a feature post up on any of these restos. =D)

Goldfish that serves coffee and beer looks like an interesting place. Where is this??
Hello there. Goldfish Brew & Brew Cafe and Brewery is located at the lower ground floor of Travelite Hotel (across from City Hall). Enjoy your brew and brew. Thanks for visiting Find Good Baguio Foods to learn where to eat in Baguio! (“,)
Pansin ko ang food blog goddess mahilig din sa muzik. Napakanta akez at tinuloy ko na. Just when I thoughtt I was over you!!! Just when I thought I could stand onmy own!! hehe
Bet ko yung place ng Rewind. Saang lupalop makikita yan Xine?
Hello, Mario! *hihi busted. I do love music … old ones mostly. I am having an LSS of that Air Supply song since I started writing this post yesterday. =b
Rewind Cafe is located just in Arellano Street Extension, Gibraltar (beside the Gibraltar Barangay Hall). Pretty house turned resto. I hope you enjoy your time there as much as we did. (“,)
Yung Destiny din saan. Kalowka baka masight kez ang destiny kezz ditey. Char!!
Destiny Cafe and Restaurant is located after the road going in to Crystal Cave, a few steps away from Moldex Residences. It’s the building on top of the high riprap … thus the lofty description. We liked our quesadilla from there a lot, looking forward to trying their other savory stuff.Enjoy, Mario! Thank you so much for ‘talking to me’ here on the food blog. (“,)
Eat Has Vegan, I love that restaurant’s name!! Really funny punny. But it’s not truly a vegan restaurant is it? I would still like to try what they have. Where is Eat Has Vegan? Thank, Xine.
Hello there, Tess! To be honest, I didn’t get the pun quick enough when I read this resto name in my mind. I just got the feeling there’s something to the name and then Race said it aloud. Only then did my mind go, ohh, Karen Carpenter, we’ve only just begun.
I know right, not really vegan with the sausage, chicken and other meaty toppings. It’s fine though, for those who will eat anything. *tee hee
Eat Has Vegan eatery is located on Rimando Road, in the building sandwiched between Wesleyan Church and the building where Mr. Ramyun and Blaqk Bite Street Bistro are.
I hope you enjoy your fried rice with toppings from here as much as my brother and I did ours. Thanks muchie for a H.O.T. communication and for visiting this food blog! (“,)
Hello there, angela! Thank you so much for the star for this Baguio restaurant menu feature! Happy adventures and eatsplorations wherever you are! (“,)
IS Country diner a branch of the restaurant in Leonard Wood? San branch nila Tnx
Hello! You’re referring to Pine Country Steaks and Waffles at Leonard Wood? I don’t think Country Diner is a branch. This new restaurant is located at KDC Building, Marcos Highway (a few steps from BGH, across the botika with a pink sign, where the old Honey on the Rock and China Bank used to be).
I hope this helps and I hope you enjoy your meal at Country Diner whenever you try it. I especially liked their salad and shakes. *hihi Thanks for visiting Find Good Baguio Foods! (“,)
Hi! Where can I find Eat Has Vegan? Thanks!
Hello, Althea! Eat Has Vegan eatery is located on Rimando Road, in the building sandwiched between Wesleyan Church and the building where Mr. Ramyun and Blaqk Bite Street Bistro are.
Happy eating at Eat Has Vegan! Thanks muchie for visiting Find Good Baguio Foods! (“,)
Hello ate Xine! Silent reader here for over a year now. 🙂 I always run to your blog (for details and facebook for new updates😝) when it’s time to look for a new food place to go to with friends coming to Baguio or with the partner (here’s a thumbs up to kuya Race for being the best all time food buddy of yours😄). May I ask where is Rewind Cafe located po? Thank you and more food ventures! 😊
Hello there, Einz! Wow, a year now. I hope the food quest is going well on your end, and that you also had fantastic experiences at the newest restos we’ve discovered.
*heehaha My partner in the gorging crime says thank you. Yes, where would we all be without him? (I’d die if I have no photos in the dining area or something =b)
Rewind Cafe is located in Arellano Street Extension, Gibraltar (pretty house turned resto beside the Gibraltar Barangay Hall, near C Boutique Hotel).
Thankies for talking to me here in the comments section. It’s much appreciated! Happy eatscapades to you and your friends! (“,)
