The Luxury that is Fruits in Ice Cream
How do you define luxury?
It wasn’t until I was in high school did I know what luxury really is. Before that, I just thought, it was anything that was expensive or fancy. Essentially, it all boils down to how much you need that something. If you can live without it (comfortably even), it’s a luxury.
Ice cream is a luxury. If you don’t have it for dessert at a particular meal or as a snack, you won’t die. The question is, do you really want to live without it? =b (I don’t *heee)
If your answer is no, here’s a great place to get your ice cream fix in the City of Pines. Presenting, the luxury of ice cream from the Fruits in Ice Cream Summer Café. (“,)

Us dining at the FiC Summer Cafe (couch, indoors and outdoor seating *hihi). We got ourselves a scoop of azuki (red bean) ice cream and black sesame ice cream. It’s not flavors per se…these are scoops of vanilla ice cream mixed in with the seeds and the beans. Delicious, nonetheless. Thumbs up for the original ‘flavors’! \m/

Zoom in on the sundaes (P150+), the splits (P290+) and the smoothies, shakes and floats (P190+). There’s mochi – sticky rice cakes stuffed with ice cream (P75/pc), too. =D
X marks Fruits in Ice Cream Summer Café for good food (luxury food, you can’t help but have) in Baguio.
Food: Hooray for special flavors!!! (“,)
Price: P215 for three scoops… if you want to get more mileage from your ice cream, you might want to settle for the mainstream brands. Or try the flavors that only FiC has so it wouldn’t hurt so much. =b
