UPDATE: Ali’s House of Shawarma
Just can’t get enough of Indian food …or something of that sort – take 2 (flavorful, spiced, beautifully shaped and cooked grains in biryani, etc.) So we’re back at Ali’s.

Chicken biryani rice…look at how vibrant the color of that rice is! =)
Matala/masala – chicken and beef with pita bread for dipping in the wonderful sauce. (“,) For me, the sauce with the chicken was tastier…hhhmm, must be the oils. “Masala is the soul of Indian food.
