I was planning to write a destination chow post on Nevada Square for as long as I heard it had reinvented itself into something more wholesome … more than just a nightlife/drinking place now. (Cheering from foodies heard all around! Hooray!) Brothers Burger, Where Art Thou?
Apparently, Brothers Burger can be found in two locations in Baguio City now. (“,) There’s one at the Camp John Hay Mile Hi Center and the newest branch, in Technohub.
The first time I got to try this burger was in 2009 when I had a coworker who was a big Brothers Burger devotee. (Shout out to Chrysler! =D) He was such a fan of their burgers (really, also of food in general) that he kept an eye on the newspapers for the Brothers Burger anniversary. You see, it’s their regular promotion to slash 50% off the price of specific hamburgers to commemorate another successful year.
