Blogger-Reader Get Together Courtesy of Yellow Cab Pizza Co.
This is the New York’s Finest pizza, Yellow Cab Pizza Co.’s best seller …
… made by yours truly. Weee!
It all started with the pizza, pasta and chicken store moving from the back of SM to a bigger space at the front veranda. As part of the christening of this re-opened chain store, a couple Baguio bloggers were invited to bring a follower or two of their blog to hobnob, eat and celebrate. (Celebrate what exactly? To me, it’s change, improvement, togetherness, friendship, life and the experience of it through great tastes and conversations with fantastic people. ^^,)
The first person I thought of to bring was eatsplorer Ela. (“,)
(I’m super duper mega grateful to you for following P3/X+1/X and foodie lovies’ adventures through this blog. Super duper mega thanks go out to Ms. Arnie as well, for giving me the opportunity to go on another Baguio food quest with Ela and to ‘repay’ her for her support. =D)

Bloggers, readers, and blogger readers. =)
At Yellow Cab SM Baguio, we met up with a few other bloggers and Queen Ane of Fashion.Beauty.Expert and her readers. (Yey, the more, the merrier. It’s a party now! \m/)
We feasted on boxes of hot wings, Charlie Chan chicken pasta and chicken alfredo pasta. *nomnomnom
Of course, my better half tagged along, too. (Thanks for taking care of documenting the celebration in photos, my Racey. =) )
As for the pizza, the bloggers were given a crack at making our own New York’s Finest.
It felt good to be behind the scenes again. I just love seeing what goes on in the kitchen and learning what more goes into the making of stuff than what we might think: Exact measurement of ingredients, the technique of spreading these throughout … way out … of the dough to ensure that not a crust or crumb be left uneaten and that every person sharing this savory pie gets a bit of everything in their slice. #YellowCabcares *hihi
Behind the counter with Sir Christian and the pizzas we made ourselves, we’re looking mighty accomplished there.
Packed up and stuffed from the pasta and chicken wings we ate at this event, we went down to the mall’s activity center to watch the Man vs. Pizza eating contest.

We not only came away from the party with full tummies, we also had our hands full with this bag of goodies. Thanks muchie, Yellow Cab!
Contenders had to eat an 18 inch NY Classic pizza as fast as they could. Yow-zah!
The one who emerged victorious wins a T-shirt (which says “I survived Man vs. Pizza) and a six months supply of the Pizza Co,’s pizza. (I’m so jelly of the winner now. =b)
Whew, watching them chow down on my favorite from YellowCab made me want to start chomping on my creation, too.
Final look at the pizza I made; doesn’t look half bad in nicer lighting. *hee
Craving pizza, pasta and chicken? Don’t forget, the Yellow Cab branch in SM has moved to the upper ground floor, front veranda. Even more accessible for indulging and bonding with friends and loved ones. Oh, yeah!
