UPDATE: The List
Some changes have been made to our Baguio restaurant list yet again. What did they say about the only thing that’s constant in life? ^^,
There were some additions … yup, a few food establishments have opened up since our last update like Sumo Sam and Beans Talk, the in house cafe at the City Center Hotel (that ridiculously … or should I say, perilously tall building on Session Road *shyeew)
The Beans Talk column. I do hope these are super fortified =)
In contrast to this, other business people’s journeys in the food industry have come to an end like that of The Gallery which is property for sale now.
I have also added the hyperlink of the blogs to the restaurants’ names (with the indigo colored font) on the list. Click and you’re taken to the blog of the eating place you’re curious about. You can still make use of the Table of Contents and the caledar/food timetable on the bottom left part of the page though. (Those are more complete.) =b

X Marks the Spot for Good Baguio Foods 
When reviewing restaurants, would it be possible to indicate which ones might be using MSG or other flavor enhancers in their food. Some of us have food allergies and in my last visit to Baguio in dec 2012, had to resort to always checking with the restaurant and the chef before even sitting down to order a meal regarding the MSG issue. A previous viewer of my blog already did mention the MSG issue (https://findgoodbaguiofoods.com/about/) and since that time I have been doing my best to update my list of establishments with the proper notation for MSG use. It’s still taking me awhile to backtrack and find that information out from the earlier establishments that I visited.
Learning about this issue about MSG allergies is really important and as much as I try to inform in my blog, I would still really recommend that you inform the establishment about your allergies … just to be on the safe side. Let’s keep on working together to raise this awareness.
