UPDATE: Cucinino

I’m loving the Cucinino original, Cucinino speziale!  (“,)

This is one of their specials for a particular day.  It’s pasta with sauce made with half and half, diced chicken, herbs, pan seared mushrooms, sautéed with onion and tomato concasse, reduced in red wine with heavy cream sauce.  Sounds deliziosa, no?

Cucinino speziale for takeout. =)  On second thought, I should’ve eaten this at their booth. Seems like the serving proportion is bigger on a plate…or maybe it’s the idea that one could order up another plate if the first helping wasn’t enough. ^^,

I’ll surely be stalking Cucinino’s Facebook page waiting for this (and skillet stroganoff, of course *hihi) to be the day’s special.

There are two specials for today (12/12/2012): Bagnet longanisa pasta and classic white sauce pasta.  (I’ll see if I can fit that into the docket today.) =D

Still…it’s ‘Andiamo al Cucinino!’  Let’s go!

UPDATE 07/01/2017: Cucinino opens its actual resto, CUCI (menu here) at Station 120 building Upper General Luna Road (across from SLU-LES).
