Celebrating the Holidays in Baguio…Your Home Away from Home – the Sequel
Into the 21st and we’re still here! I guess, the Mayans DID just run out of material for their calendar. *heeharhar As promised, I have the details on the holiday celebration offers that Le Chef at the Manor has. They don’t have a billboard of activities set up like they did last year but I was given a brochure by the nice attendant at the deli yesterday evening. (I forgot to get her name, so sorry. Thanks to you, you know who you are. =D)
Le Chef at the Manor
Divided into the various sections of the Manor, there are activities at the garden, the deli, and the piano bar among others. Yes, holiday feasts like Christmas Eve dinner buffets and the New Year’s Eve dinner buffet, too.
The Manor Garden
Le Chef Delicatessen
The Piano Bar
I just put in the parts of the brochure that had to do with Baguio food and Baguio dining, alrightie, foodie friends. (“,) (They’ve got holiday activities like Yuletide carols, outdoor cinema, holiday mass, kids’ cook out, live entertainment and so much more. Check them out.)
So there you have it, another location to celebrate the holidays at when you don’t really have a place to call home in Baguio City. At any one of these hotel/restaurants, Hill Station at Casa Vallejo, Dinelli Gourmet at Le Monet Hotel or Le Chef at the Manor, you’re home for Christmas/holidays and it isn’t only in your dreams.
On with the holiday preparations, on with Christmas, on with New Year and the future! It’s not the end of the world! Let’s go out and live!!! \m/ Weeee!

X Marks the Spot for Good Baguio Foods is a personal blog. Everything posted in this blog is PERSONAL OPINION DERIVED FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE and since TASTE can be pretty SUBJECTIVE, should NOT be taken as THE NORM or the LAW OF DINING around in the City of Pines.
Its (prosaic =b) contents are meant to help with the question “san tayo?”/where do we go? in relation to eating out in Baguio, to ENCOURAGE EXPLORING (eatsploring) and TRYING NEW THINGS offered in the City of Pines.
By all means, eat where you want to eat and eat what you want to eat. May you have a great experience with all the places you visit and may all the restaurants you go to deserve a ton of treasure chests! (“,)
(Also, if you have any second thoughts about a certain place you arrive at, please DON'T LET THIS BLOG BE THE REASON YOU ARE FORCED into ending up anywhere. If the restaurant doesn’t have what you want, please FEEL FREE TO WALK AWAY.)
