UPDATE: The List

With yesterday’s impromptu visit to Cakes by Yda (Thank you so much Jo for joining me in this food quest … on such short notice *blushies), I heard about two other places that will be added to the list today (Thank you so much for the contribution, Cholo!  Yey, I found another person to go on food trips with. \m/)  Blog post coming soon on this dining experience as I’m still processing all the delicious information my taste buds collected from everything we had. #Lamonine =))

I still want to encourage you, my foodie friends to check out the Table of Blog Contents as this is complete with Baguio’s Greatest Hits for good food, Notable Edibles as well as Infobites for Dining in Baguio.  Everything is also linked up to the corresponding posts. (Shout out to Ms. Cyths! Thank you so much for the encouragement. ^^,)

UPDATE: C Boutique Hotel … Angels, ‘meet Charley’.

All rightie, it’s confirmed. Charley’s is the name of C Boutique Hotel’s in house restaurant/bar. (I didn’t want to assume when Jo, Race and I went exploring what this accommodation had to offer in the way of munchables. *hee)

Anyhoo, due to the inclement weather we’ve had (Typhoon Nando’s in the Philippine area of responsibility now but I hope, it will leave the soonest *fingers crossed), I (probably everyone) didn’t get out much to check any restaurant off the list or even make a repeat visit to any of the places I liked. Boy, was I in the mood for Charley’s dishes.

It was fabulous timing that Maam Gracie of SkyCable’s Events Next Door invited my fellow blogger eatsplorers, Ane and Sam, and me to an exclusive food event at C Boutique. \m/

UPDATE: Beggang Resto Grill

Going on the food adventure to Beggang with Beth, Race was intrigued about how it has fired up my appetite even further.  He just had to sample what the resto grill had to offer himself.

So, one April evening, we had our meal at Beggang resto.  Combo meal D, a plate of pork spare ribs in BBQ sauce served with buttered vegetables and rice, caught Race’s attention. Having somewhat of a filled tummy before getting to the food establishment, I got what was listed on the board of  today’s specials – fresh lumpia.  Fruit shakes, green mango shake and buko shake, were our dinner drinks.

Needless to say, we enjoyed our meal. So much so, we came back again.
