It’s the most happening month in Baguio City \m/ (apart from the December holiday season when the City of Pines gets busy again with people coming up in the hopes of getting the xmas spirit, if only through the cool climate.) Boodle fight for two. Kalapaw fried rice, nilasing na hipon, grilled liempo (animal protein, winning!), garlic okra (I liked this one a lot) and a deliciously saucy fish or meat viand whose name escapes me. *hee
Te Quiero, Te Quiero
A good theme song for me is the Beach Boys’ song, I Get Around. I do get around and thanks to Race and his trusty motorcycle, I get around more. While riding around the city, I saw that Microtel Baguio opened their own restaurant. Named Te Quiero Tapas Bar and Restaurant, this is where you’re going to get your fill of Spanish dishes.
