Baked Treats for the Holidays
Pat-a-cake, pat-a-cake, baker’s man. Bake me a cake … um, cookies, and cream puffs and … and … ^^,
We’ve got less than a month to Christmas and we know, there’s more to sweet celebratory treats besides the ones from big name brands like See’s, Cadbury, Nestle, etc.; limited edition Xmas chocos, special goodies and more special goodies.
When you have to have a cake or two in your holiday spread or something to serve Santa on his gift delivery pit stop at your house, this is where you might want to get them. =)

See’s Candies toffee-ettes. While I’m not really a nut person (nutty, maybe, yes *harhar), with See’s Candies Toffee-ettes and Almond Royal, I didn’t mind the nuts. Toffee around the almonds was a delightful way to eat almonds. (to be continued on Almond Royal photo)
If you’re anything like my sister, you’d like goodies galore (ready) for the holidays; those that were unheard of before, new and special. You’ll be glad to hear that we have a ‘supplier’ for these in Baguio City now. =D Read More…

Intermission ( … and the winner is … ^^,)
Getting sick is something that rarely happens to me. (Thanking my lucky stars! *hihi) When I do catch something, however, some of these illnesses have a “one time, big time” quality to them. [Blog anniv celebrated in bed with hot and spicy soup, pizza, Cuttie Cuppies goodies, orange juice and tea with perilla seeds just to get that medicine-like taste out of my mouth. It feels like I have a ‘sick’ (and I imagine green colored, ew-ew-ew) tongue, too. *bleh.]
I said I would Read More…
