It’s the most happening month in Baguio City \m/ (apart from the December holiday season when the City of Pines gets busy again with people coming up in the hopes of getting the xmas spirit, if only through the cool climate.) Through the years (at least from the time I became aware of the world outside =b) Café by the Ruins has always been there providing good food and great meal experiences for Baguio’s residents and its visitors.
