Notable Edibles #9 – Mamay’s Pandesal
We return with another simple but great munchable in the City of Pines. \m/
The Humble Pandesal from Mamay’s
(Keep scrolling down for the J.Co Donuts and Coffee menu please.)
Not just any ole bread roll but the best I’ve tasted so far. (“,) Although I have fond memories of walking to the bakery in the wee hours of the morning with my brother (sometimes already in uniform … feeling tagabukas ng gate/gate keeper of our elementary schools *tee hee), Mamay’s take on this Philippine staple takes top billing.
Sweet, soft and chewy that even at P2 a piece, it’s a joy to eat for breakfast (with or without a slice of Eden cheese, yum =D) or for snack time or teatime.
You can find Mamay’s Pandesal in Trancoville in the street going to Don Bosco church and school. They’ve also got a small branch in Bonifacio Street, a few steps after Bellian’s, before the hardware store, TCP Enterprises. ^^,
***Meanwhile on the side of pricier bread, as promised, the J.Co Donuts & Coffee Baguio (flyer) menu. =)

Its (prosaic =b) contents are meant to help with the question “san tayo?”/where do we go? in relation to eating out in Baguio, to ENCOURAGE EXPLORING (eatsploring) and TRYING NEW THINGS offered in the City of Pines.
By all means, eat where you want to eat and eat what you want to eat. May you have a great experience with all the places you visit and may all the restaurants you go to deserve a ton of treasure chests! (“,)
