Sinamak? Why, Yes Please…to Both

Wondering what the two sinamak-s is all about?  You’ll get your explanation in, 3, 2, … You see, sinamak is vinegar infused with a bajillion spices (at least, that’s how I would like my sinamak =D…That’s how Beth would like it, too and she can take the heat when it comes to chili infused vinegar, but not me.  No comment about vinegar – of any kind – from Karla.  As you would expect from our resident baker, it’s all about the sweets.  *hihi).

‘Tradisyon-al’ Breakfast Dining Experience at Tradisyon Coffee Shop

Tradisyon, simply translates in English as tradition.  By definition, this is a long established custom that has been passed on from one generation to the next.

At Tradisyon Coffee Shop, they didn’t just offer us traditional fare (Pinoy comfort food as they like to call it =D) for our breakfast buffet.  Actually, they had a wide range of options for us that day (pancake, eggs, vegetables with dressing choices of Caesar dressing or strawberry dressing, fresh fruit slices, loaf bread and various jams, etc.).  What I meant by a traditional experience relates to the kind of service we got from this establishment.
