Kalapaw Boodle Fight: Are You Ready to Rrrumbllle?

February.  It’s the most happening month in Baguio City \m/ (apart from the December holiday season when the City of Pines gets busy again with people coming up in the hopes of getting the xmas spirit, if only through the cool climate.)  One of the biggest events this month is the PMA homecoming.  Ten-hut!

Boodle fight for two. Kalapaw fried rice, nilasing na hipon, grilled liempo (animal protein, winning!), garlic okra (I liked this one a lot) and a deliciously saucy fish or meat viand whose name escapes me. *hee
