Il Padrino: A Better Cup of Coffee We Can’t Refuse
Another year, another 365 opportunities … to munch around, and explore, and live! I hope 2017 is starting out well for everybody and that it’s shaped up to be another fantastic year. =)
Let’s pick up where we left off, shall we, with a feature on one of the many, MAAANY Baguio restaurants that opened last year.
Here we go.
The Godfather
Ki’kan – Food Adventure at Lights Out (1st Installment)
It’s not just the lights actually, but the electricity for the city. (It’s easier saying it in Tagalog. “Walang ilaw” covers the lights, and anything that has to do with current and voltage. =D
With the lights out for the better part of the day, I thought of going on another eating binge where a couple of restaurants could be checked off from the list. The first stop was Ki’Kan Restobar. (It should’ve been another Star Café visit with me and my brother making like members of old Baguio hanging out with coffee and evaporated milk as creamer, but the cafe was closed. *hihi) Up we went on Session Road to Governor Park Road. What I was going to have there was going to be breakfast and for my brother, it’s a snack. He ate breakfast before we went out. (Ahh, the men and their stomachs. \m/)
