Through the years (at least from the time I became aware of the world outside =b) Café by the Ruins has always been there providing good food and great meal experiences for Baguio’s residents and its visitors. For the number of people that live here who are blessed with a talent for the creative, there are also a handful of establishments that exhibit their inspired works, not only museum-like displays or galleries (that you surely have got in your mind now) but also, establishments that bring beautiful artwork and delicious food together.
